How to migrate your collection to IMX

This helpdesk article will present you with an easy step-by-step guide on migrating your collection to IMX.

We're currently aware of some issues with users using mobile devices, we recommend using a desktop/laptop for the migration.

If anyone comes across any technical difficulties or issues while migrating their collection, please feel free to contact our support team here!

Step one: Prepare your IMX wallet.

To begin, head over to the IMX marketplace in your web browser.



Select the connect wallet option in the top right-hand corner.



The next stage is to connect your chosen wallet (In this example we're using Metamask).



Confirm your connection and sign to complete wallet setup.

Step Two: How to Migrate from the Chainmonsters website.

Please note, if your account has over 300 items, you'll need to do multiple migration events. Once the migration transaction has succeeded, your NFTs will show up in your wallet after a short while - depending on how many other users are migrating at the same time, so don't panic if they all don't turn up at once!

Head on over to your collection on the Chainmonsters website in your web browser.

Click on the displayed Migrate Collection button.



Select "Link your IMX account" (if not already connected).



Click "Link" to begin the connection process.



Follow the below steps to unlock and link IMX.





Click the Migrate Collection button.

Please ensure both addresses are correct as once this process is completed it cannot be undone!

Step three: Confirm assets.

You can view your assets in both the IMX Marketplace and the Chainmonsters Website. To view on the Chainmonsters website simply select IMX NFTs as shown below.



To view your assets on the IMX Marketplace, select My Assets in the top right-hand corner.
